WHAT PERCENTAGE DO YOU TAKE ON THE FINAL SALE PRICE?
I am referring to a fee schedule. The price varies according to the price of the good. I calculate it either as a percentage or as a flat rate. I adapt to each person's situation by finding common ground.
IS THERE A DIFFERENCE BETWEEN A PROXY AND A REAL ESTATE AGENT?
I work for my own account and have an authorization issued by the CCI to carry out my activity under the professional transaction card held by MegAgence, unlike the real estate agent who has his own card.
I invest in a monthly pack to benefit from all the digital functionalities that my function imposes on me: research software, distribution software (about a hundred) because you have to know that distribution has a high impact. and I benefit thanks to the network
to French and foreign sites, therefore wide and complete distribution.
My independent position allows me to have more flexible working hours to allow me more availability for visits and calls.
